At Nā Pali, we want you to know exactly when your candles will arrive. Once your order has been dispatched, you can easily follow its journey from our hands to your doorstep using one of the tracking options below.

You can easily view your orders by logging into your Nā Pali customer account. Simply enter your email address and follow the secure login process to access your order details and check the latest status of your delivery.

For a seamless mobile experience, you can track your Nā Pali candle order using the Shop application. If your order is connected to the Shop app, you may be able to receive delivery updates and follow your order as it makes its way to you.

As soon as your Nā Pali order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use the link provided in the email to follow your parcel and receive the latest delivery updates directly from the courier.
